EDo Spaces recognizes and cooperates with buyers’ brokers. To be recognized as buyer’s broker and as the procuring cause of the sale, broker must set initial appointment and be present for it. If buyer’s broker is not present at the first appointment, EDo Spaces will recognize broker as buyer’s transaction broker and pay broker 20% of the commission offered to EDo Spaces by listing agreement.
