BelVedere – Urban Courtyard Living

BelVedere/Urban Courtyard Living is the fourth and final phase of the Historic Albuquerque High Campus redevelopment project. A winner of the 2008 NAIOP Award of Excellence for mixed-use development, it features the time-honored design of courtyard living that dates to the ancient Pueblo civilizations of Chaco Canyon. In its modern form, this courtyard development features a gated community replete with interior fountains, native landscapes, a secure parking grove and outdoor fireplaces. Interior finishes feature maple floors, wooden, thermal Pella windows, solid core doors, Frigidaire stainless steel appliances and custom fabricated metal.
